My flight leaves in two hours!!!

Well, there is one thing everyone can agree on, airports are one giant headache! Long lines, lost bags, flight cancellations and not to mention airports may as well as be a maze. My number one tip would have to be that you arrive at least four to five hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. I know no one likes sitting in airports but trust me if there are any issues you will be grateful for every extra second of time you have! Tip number two would be keep all of your documents safe ( I know you're probably going like "well duh") but pick pockets are a major issue when traveling, and boy these people are professionals. If you have a regular backpack I recommend wearing it as a chest/stomach-pack, you can pretend you have pregnant belly! It might look weird, but at least everything is safe and always in your sight. Speaking of looks, another problem that comes up is "What should I wear?!" I myself am a fashion guru, but when it comes to 8+ hour flights and 6+hour layovers, I am all about comfort. So what if you do not look your best being comfortable is more important! My next tip would be make sure you know where you are going and how you are getting there once you have arrived. This is especially important if you are going to another country, do your research on public transportation from the airport if you do not have a friend or relative picking you up. If you've never been on an airplane I hope I did not scare you out of flying! Yes there may be quite a headache when dealing with airports but flying in my opinion is wonderful and so peaceful there really is not anything like it.

So these would have to be my most important tips when it comes to air travel, I hope you have a wonderful and safe flight!

2 Months 5 Countries 13 Cities

My latest adventure has had me living out of my Victorias Secret rolling duffle bag for two months. During this trip I was able to visit 5 countries (Greece, Germany, France, Italy, and Georgia (my homeland)).  If you've been thinking about a backpacking trip, all I have to say is buy that plane ticket, pack your stuff, and go! I can honestly say I have had the best time of my life! I visited breathtaking places, met up with friends and family I have not seen in years, and met the most beautiful souls along the way. My next posts will be covering this trip and hopefully it will convince some of you to go backpacking yourself!
